As a small 3-man team, we do the best we can to fulfill orders within a timely manner, and to answer all inquiries within a few day(s) time.

For most online orders, we generally ship items within 5-7 days. You should receive a separate email confirming the shipment and tracking information. For custom items (custom hoodies, flight tags, custom patches) and in special cases, it can take up to two weeks to fully process your order, though we typically ship within a week or week and a half.
