SLIPPI 🐸 UPDATE

Hello everyone!
FIRST, Thank you for your patience. We've received several inquiries about the status of your pre-orders and have been answering them as they come, but now that we have a more concrete timeline it felt right to address ye all with what we know.

BIG OLD TL;DR:
KEYSTRAPS: Solo orders will be shipping by End of Week
HATS&COASTERS: Items have arrived at our facilities, awaiting special packaging before fulfillment
SHIRTS&JACKETS: Items are in production, items are expected to arrive by late Feb/early March, final orders fulfilling early Spring

Ok, cool. Now I can bloviate;

HEY, you know that estimated delivery notification that says your items should have arrived by now? Yeah, sorry; that was an automatic Shopify notice and we couldn't figure out how to turn that off 😅. Apologies for the confusion! No Orders have shipped yet, nor have they been lost or forgotten, actually we're right on schedule 😤

...mostly.

Keystraps are finalizing their tags and patches. Our packaging has arrived for them, so any solo orders will be shipped out by end of week (if we notice you have multiple orders, we're opting to ship them together (where possible) and reimbursing whatever shipping fees we can save, where we can save em. If you'd prefer to get your items individually instead of waiting, let us know and we'll ship what we can, when we can 🫡). Once preliminary Keystrap orders are fulfilled and accounted for, we'll return them to the Slippi Shop for purchase! We're expecting Early February for this item to restock.

Coasters and Hats have finally arrived, the only thing holding back fulfillment is for packaging to arrive. We explained up front that special packaging was limited, so orders will receive special pretty gc-inspired box packaging in the order they were received. We tried to stock enough boxes for pre-orders, but as we sent that purchase before pre-orders closed, some of y'all sleepiest of frogs may have missed that lilly-pad, so to speak. We are also trying to prioritize customers who purchased the entire Slippi suite, showing love to those that loved back most; please no hard feelings, ribbit. That said, packaging is done and, whilst we haven't received a tracking number for them yet, we expect boxes to be arriving by next week, and fulfillment by the following weekend- extra stock returning to the Shop by Mid/Late-February. Of course, that's only if your order doesn't include a shirt or jacket.....

On that note; Slippi Work Jacket and Slippi Boxy Tee have finished sampling. To ensure all pre-order customers received the size they needed (and to have enough spares for size exchanges as well) production for our bulk order didn't begin til our official campaign end date of 01.12. These items are not simple print on demand, but cut and sewn to our exact measurements before being printed/embroidered. That said, receiving, modifying, re-receiving, and approving samples has given the greenlight to production, but our manufacturers are currently on holiday 😬. Production should begin mid-February, and we're scheduled to receive our final shipments by early to mid-March. We hope to have all outstanding Slippi Orders fulfilled by End of March, Early April, just in time for s p r i n g 🌺

International orders have an added week/fortnight to all shipping (sorry, out of our hands). When your orders ship, you'll receive a new, true notification along with a tracking number. Some of you have reached out about updating your shipping address for this extended delivery timeline, and we have updated as needed. For anyone that reads this and thinks, "hmmm, I might not be exactly at that place I shipped to 🤔" please reach out and let us know just in case. We got some time to address any and all issues, so don't hesitate, don't delay!
